Welcome to WallStreetClash! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WallStreetClash mobile application (the "App") and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by WallStreetClash ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
By creating an account, accessing, or using WallStreetClash, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service and that they have agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
WallStreetClash is a competitive stock trading simulation game where users compete in 1v1 matches using simulated trading with virtual currency. The Service provides:

WallStreetClash uses virtual currency called "Tendies" that can be earned through gameplay or purchased through in-app purchases. Tendies have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services outside of the Service.

Except as required by applicable law, all in-app purchases are final. We do not provide refunds for virtual currency, items, or other in-app purchases unless required by law.
The Service, including its design, graphics, code, trademarks, and content, is owned by WallStreetClash or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
By posting, uploading, or transmitting any content through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service.
The Service includes real-time and delayed stock market data provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. This data:

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your use of the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WALLSTREETCLASH AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WallStreetClash and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features within the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases, and we may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WallStreetClash regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
